Smoothies are a great way to eat your fruit (and vegetables). They are easy and quick to prepare, making them a great choice for a quick breakfast or snack. Place your smoothie in a portable bottle and you have a meal to go!

Very simple to make and a delicious treat. there is very little prep time. I used fresh berries- but I am sure frozen would work just as well and with any other type of berry. Enjoy
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 bananas (in small pieces)
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1/2 cup fresh fruit or frozen strawberries
If you want to take your smoothie with you, use a glass with a lid (crate and barrel), a water bottle or a simple glass jar. They stay fresh for a day, but are best enjoyed right after making them for optimal nutrition and flavor.

Ingredients
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 bananas (in small pieces)
1 tablespoon liquid honey
